Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a certain minimum order amount, which may vary from time to time. During checkout, you’ll see the final shipping rates applicable to your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Cash-On-Delivery (COD)

We also offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD) as a payment option for your convenience. Please check the availability of COD service in your area at the time of checkout.

Return and Replacement Policy

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below to request a replacement:

Step 1: Raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at ayuverseorganicsayurveda@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 89802 12689. Include your order ID and pictures of the wrong item delivered.

Step 2: Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the incorrect item from you.

Step 4: If our reverse pickup service is not available in your area, we will provide you with an alternative solution.

Step 5: After the wrong item has been collected, we will ship the correct product to you, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund.

Damaged Item Received

If your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below to request a replacement:

Step 1: Raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at ayuverseorganicsayurveda@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 89802 12689. Include your order ID and pictures of the damaged item.

Step 2: Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the damaged item from you.

Step 4: If our reverse pickup service is not available in your area, we will provide you with an alternative solution.

Step 5: After the damaged item has been collected, we will ship your replacement product, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund.

Conditions Where Returns/ Replacements Cannot Be Processed

We regret that we are unable to accept returns or process replacements in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered.
  • The original packaging, including mono cartons and labels, is missing.
  • The return/replacement request is made more than 3 days after the delivery date.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.
