At Ayuverse Organics, we strive to ensure that you have the best possible experience with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there are issues with the product you received, we are here to help.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item, please follow these steps to request a replacement:
Step 1: Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery by emailing us at ayuverseorganicsayurveda@gmail.com or contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 89802 12689. Please include your order ID and pictures of the wrong item delivered.
Step 2: Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3: Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the incorrect item from you.
Step 4: If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we will provide an alternative solution.
Step 5: Once the incorrect product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund.
Item Damaged
If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps to request a replacement:
Step 1: Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery by emailing us at ayuverseorganicsayurveda@gmail.com or contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 89802 12689. Please include your order ID and pictures of the damaged item.
Step 2: Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3: Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the damaged item from you.
Step 4: If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we will provide an alternative solution.
Step 5: Once the damaged product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund.
Non-Returnable and Non-Replaceable Items
Please note that we will not be able to return or replace your products in the following cases:
- The product has been opened, used, or altered.
- The original packaging (including mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
- The return/replacement request is made more than 3 days after the date of delivery.
- Returns and refunds are not available for products in the makeup category.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel it.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is subject to change and will be notified from time to time. Shipping rates displayed at checkout should be considered final.
Pricing Information
We strive to ensure the accuracy of our product and pricing information. However, occasional errors in pricing or typographical errors may occur. Please note that the final price of a product cannot be confirmed until your order is placed.
- If a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders for that product, unless the product has already been shipped.
- If an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, contact you for guidance or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
- Your order is not considered accepted until the product has been dispatched. We may adjust the product’s price and seek further instructions using the contact information you provided during registration.
- If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount to your credit or debit card.
- Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers and discounts are limited to specific categories and may not apply site-wide. Additionally, certain categories and specific products may not be eligible for coupon codes.
